Pricing and Payment: All prices quoted are in GBP. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch of the goods unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Orders and Delivery: Orders can be placed via email or phone. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by third-party carriers. Delivery costs will be added to your order unless otherwise stated.
Returns and Refunds: We do not accept returns unless the goods are faulty or damaged. If you receive damaged or faulty goods, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We reserve the right to inspect the goods before issuing a refund or replacement.
Ownership of Goods: Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until payment has been made in full.
